Proposal Submitted Must meet minimum quorum requirements (1% of PoC active users or sponsor by DAO council)
Voting Period Begins
Usually 3 to 7 days

Weight Multiplier
Trust Rating is used as a multiplier (e.g., 80% trust = 1.8x vote power)
Prevents Sybil attacks and rewards genuine engagement
Proposal Outcome
Majority wins (unless special conditions apply)
