Overview
In June 2025, the Conneth team collaborated with a user known as RayNFT to help launch $CONNIE — the official memecoin mascot of Conneth. RayNFT, a Twitter user with a verified badge, initially presented himself as trustworthy and involved in helping the Web3 Solana community.
However, shortly after the legitimate $CONNIE token was minted by the Conneth founder, RayNFT betrayed the project by blocking the team, taking control of communications, and misrepresenting ownership.
The Conneth team lost approximately 20 SOL worth of tokens through this collaboration.
