$CONNIE Scam Recovery Log – RayNFT Incident
$CONNIE Scam Recovery Log – RayNFT Incident
Overview
In June 2025, the Conneth team launched the official $CONNIE token — the mascot memecoin of the Conneth ecosystem — on Pump.fun. The token was minted from the wallet:
Minter Wallet: 2V1bVFqHwaoom8RSkcrZVRzUbJGtp74wmTPQtoQdpepi
RayNFT, a third-party collaborator, was trusted to help promote and assist with the launch. Believing he was part of the community effort, over 20 SOL worth of $CONNIE tokens were transferred to him. However, RayNFT then blocked the team on all platforms, refused further communication, and attempted to position himself as the token owner.
